Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Coach On Demand platform operated by Coach on Demand Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these terms.
The service
Coach On Demand is a marketplace connecting learners with senior coaches for 1:1 coaching and cohort programs. We facilitate matching, scheduling, payment, and delivery; the coaching itself is provided by independent coaches.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Payments, taxes, and refunds
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST where stated. Unused 1:1 hours on a package are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, net of any sessions already delivered. Program fees are refundable up to 7 days before the program start date.
Coach responsibilities
Coaches are independent contractors, not employees of Coach on Demand. They commit to deliver scheduled sessions, maintain confidentiality, and follow the platform's code of conduct.
Acceptable use
You agree not to share session recordings publicly without consent, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent the platform to transact directly with coaches you met through Coach On Demand for 12 months after your last booking.
Liability
Coaching is advisory; outcomes are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
