Privacy Policy

When you create an account or use the platform, we collect: name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred language, profile photo (optional), and the coaching content you create or receive — session notes, homework, recordings, and feedback. We also collect order and payment metadata for transactions.

Personal data is used to operate the service: match learners to coaches, schedule and deliver sessions, process payments, issue invoices, send transactional notifications, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with subprocessors we need to run the platform: hosting and authentication (Lovable Cloud, powered by Supabase), payment processing (Razorpay — Phase 2), and video conferencing (Zoom — Phase 2). Each subprocessor receives the minimum data required for its function.

Account and coaching data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request account deletion from your profile; after verification we remove personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. tax invoices for 7 years under Indian regulation).

You can access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you. Write to privacy@coachondemand.in and we will respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard transport encryption (TLS), Row Level Security on all user data, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected vulnerabilities to security@coachondemand.in.
